• PCR-Setup is a method that dispenses and mixes reagents for eight 96-well plate PCR reactions.
• Clean-up is a method that purifies PCR product in eight 96-well plates by size exclusion filtration.
• Resuspend-1 is a method that resuspends four 96-well plates containing dried DNA.
• Consolidation is a method that transfers resuspended DNA from four 96-well plates into a single 384-well plate.
• Resuspend-2 is a method that reconstitutes lyophilized DNA samples in spotting buffer in groups of two 384-well plates.
