OLIN plug-in:
The OLIN R plugin utilizes the marray and OLIN Bioconductor packages. This plugin will complete normalization with OLIN on a two channel microarray experiment. It will produce a table of the correlations for both the intensity for spots and the spatial location of spots on the microarray. It will also produce images of the fdr (false discovery rate) analysis for the intensity of spots and the spatial location of spots on the microarray. The resulting bioassay will have the normalized values as Ch1 int (intensity1) and Ch2 int (intensity2). The plugin also has the option of saving the R object that was created in the process.

Visualization Hybridization Analysis Summary plug-in:
The Hybridization Analysis Summary R plugin utilizes the marray Bioconductor package. This plugin will produce visualizations of a two channel microarray experiment. It will produce a table of basic statistics, heat plot images, histograms of raw values, and MA plots. The plugin also has the option of saving the R object that is created in the process.
