The Basic Hybridization Analysis (BHA) is an R script that utilizes Bioconductor packages (marray and OLIN) to calculate statistics and create plots of raw and normalized microarray results data from GenePix results files (.gpr files). BHA's results can be used to evaluate the quality of microarray results.
